About

A free spirit...

…constantly seeking inspiration, whether in Art, Music, Literature. Nature has always been a great source of inspiration for me, as has History. Traveling and getting to know old cities, observing their architecture for me is traveling through time. However, my sensitivity is not just in the artistic world, my gaze is also focused on the society we live in. Since I was little, I noticed that we live in a world of inequality and injustice.

Whether it concerns humans or animals. We live in a chaotic world, where empathy is lacking. According to Albert Camus, its in artistic activity, in aesthetic creation that constitutes the supreme activity through which man gives meaning to an existence marked by the absurd.

I’ve been a tattoo artist for 20 years, Brazilian, born in the state of Sao Paulo, I moved to Madrid, Spain in 2018, where I lived for 3 years in this beautiful cosmopolitan and bohemian city, then I moved to the south of France between mountains and lavender fields where I also lived for another 3 years and at the present time, with the view of large snowy mountains and this pictorial landscape of Switzerland, I am looking for a new home.

A Passion...

My passion for tattooing began at the age of 18 when I met a renowned tattoo artist specializing in Japanese tattoos, Ivan Szazi, and so I began to make my body suit with him. Immersed in this new universe, I learned a lot about Japanese art and tattooing. Still at the University of History, I alternated my studies with learning tattooing. And in the second year of tattooing, I opened my own tattoo studio in São Carlos, in the interior of São Paulo, where the Lady Ink tattoo studio is still in operation today.

Above all, what turned my life around was when I started traveling around Europe, seeing incredible places, visiting museums and getting even deeper into the world of Art. And it was then when I first saw the work of artist Alfonse Mucha, that I fell in love with the beautiful women, surrounded by ornaments and beautiful flowers and plants.

I then decided to study the Art Nouveau artistic movement in depth, and I fell in love with this universe where man rediscovered nature as a source of inspiration. I specialize in neo-traditional tattooing, a style that combines the exuberance of elegant and sophisticated female figures with the natural world. And with my knowledge of Japanese art and tattooing, I was able to add details of this style to give my work a touch of authenticity, my work is the result of my experience, my studies and my passion.
